DESCRIPTION
“The GigaWatt PC-3 SE Evo is an active 6 outlet power conditioner. Its three duplexes are dedicated to high-current, line-level and digital components. They use different filters to best accommodate each type of component. Though GigaWatt in the past used isolation transformers, the Evo shuns them in favor of multi-stage parallel filtration divided into three discrete circuits, one per duplex. To avoid current strangulation from conventional protective elements, the Evo also runs plasma spark gaps, next-gen TMOV varistors and a special filter for overvoltage protection.” Remarks: some minor marks/dents on the top of the front panel, one minor dent on the left side panel and one minor mark on the top panel.
