Solid-State preamplifier, with very high quality parts throughout. The unit uses a Burr-Brown digital volume control, which increments in .5 db steps. A Home theater bypass mode has been added (only works on the video input). The outputs are wired in parallel and are electrically identical, so you can connect either a powered subwoofer or another amplifier for bi-amp operation.
Specifications: (5) single-ended inputs: CD, Video, Tuner, Tape and PH/Aux. (2) single-ended outputs. (1) Tape in /Tape out. Gain: 20 dB. Remarks: This unit does not come with phono input.
